TESTIMONIALS

“Bridget is an incredibly skilled Feldenkrais® Practitioner. From watching the way I walk and sit, she was able to diagnose and retrain me to move correctly. This fixed a problem that orthopedic doctors, MRIs, X-Rays, and medicine weren’t able to solve for two years. Her touch is very gentle and caring. If you want to improve athletic performance or ease pain or discomfort, I highly recommend working with Bridget.”
- Jenifer Levini, Entrepreneur

“Within 2 weeks Bridget helped me improve my walking coordination so that pain I’d felt in my knees and feet for years disappeared. My posture also improved and I have less tension in my neck and shoulders. Besides feeling better, I have a new understanding about how to maintain my new movement habits. I really encourage other people to try the Feldenkrais® approach. I think they’ll be amazed too!”
- Sue Byrne, Teacher

“I have been working with Bridget to improve motor skills using the Feldenkrais® Method for the last month and a half. I have bursitis in my hips and foot pain in my right foot. My walking skills have improved significantly! I recently returned from a trip to Chicago. I only had 10 minutes to catch the airporter. I ran through the terminal and made the connection. RAN!!!! I haven't been able to run in 9 years and no pain!!!"
- Richard Austin, Retired Teacher

Hi!

If you can't enjoy the activities which used to make you feel vibrant, strong, and enthusiastic about life, then you need the Feldenkrais Method®!

Feldenkrais® exercises will help you gently rebuild the neural connections underlying smooth, coordinated movement.  You'll get stronger and more flexible, lighter on your feet, and your posture will improve.
